Returns and Exchanges: 

We understand that ordering online is different than shopping in person. If you find yourself in a position where you would like to return or exchange an item, we are happy to accommodate. Please contact us at hello@thebiglakelife.com for assistance.

All returns and exchange shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and replacements will not be made after 14 days of delivery of your order.

Shipping

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping charges for your order will be available at checkout.

Damage in Shipment: 

We take great care and pride in packaging your items by hand to the absolute best of our ability. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at hello@thebiglakelife.com and include photos of your damaged goods. You can file a damage claim with USPS to receive a refund for your damaged items (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). You will need your tracking number, if you need this resent let us know. If you are denied a reimbursement through USPS, please contact us and we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
