From the Artist: This all natural broomcorn cake tester is approximately 6” to 8” tall and is tied in the Appalachian style that dates back hundreds of years. To test a cake, simply snap off a piece of broomcorn and insert it into your cake, muffins or brownies. Your baked goods are ready when the tester comes out clean.
