Life on the Trail

To the fellow mountain bikers who have requested a biking print : here it is!

But it's actually for any trail lover.

On one particular day on the trail this past summer I stopped to take in the forest. When I looked down, I realized once again that if I continued to carry on without pausing, I would miss so much. In the five square feet below me were so many layered forms of life bordering the trail . From common polypody ferns to soft tufts of sedge grass, to a rotting log (which really has so much going on!), to tiny oxeye daisies to ragwort and the many mushrooms, etc, etc. A lively village not to be missed.

We receive a lot of life from using the trails. Let us not forget the beautiful life that quietly accompanies us on while we ride and hike!

These were printed in Duluth on 130#, slightly textured paper. Each print has a title and is hand signed.
